Conservation Efforts

Will the city be offing more informational classes regarding drought resistant landscaping? Reducing overall water use? If I'm an avid recycler, but my neighbor is not, will there be a "Conservation" hotline to report broken irrigation, washing down of driveways, etc? Will the City be converting ALL their parks and medians to low flow water heads? Will the City increase the tier structure? If so, what are you looking at and when will it take effect? Will you be hiring additional personnel in your conservation department? When are we going to start talking about residential gray water systems?

Love, love, love the idea of recycling gray water and using it for our lawns, for public areas like parks, median strips, and lawns at public buildings.
