How does "Stopping Obama" benefit Lake Elsinore residents?

A local Calvert campaign poster ( http://bit.ly/anti-obama ) suggests that a vote for Calvert will "Stop Obama". Do you believe that a majority of Lake Elsinore residents think that "Stopping Obama" is indeed the best way for our DC elected representative to help improve our quality of life or is this an example of the continued partisan warfare that has disabled congress from performing basic duties of governance for the past two years?

“Stopping Obama” is a campaign slogan with little meaning. Stopping him from what? As it is he is obstructed by Congress that refuses to do much with the exception of going to war and repeatedly attempting to cut down the Affordable Care Act, which is not Obamacare, but more akin to Romneycare. I do not support President Obama’s foreign or domestic policy; but I’d like to see us all get real about where the country needs to go and the corporate cartels that are taking this nation in the wrong direction, when they aren’t outright abandoning it. If the nation is to work, the politicians need to grant less access to lobbyists, write law that pertain to the benefit of the people, and stop acting like bullies in the schoolyard. They all ought to be embarrassed. As far as the president is concerned, he says one thing one day and another the next. It is impossible to follow him; the policies are not coherent. WHY IS THIS A QUESTION AT ALL? How about: What does Mr. Calvert stand for with regard to: jobs bill, TPP secret trade deal, endless war, bank regulation, taxation of corporations, the minimum wage? In other words, some important question pertaining to the people. At this point in time both the Oval Office and the Congress are irrelevant to the people.

If OBAMA would work with Congress is the real situation. Every successful President we’ve ever had DID “cross the aisle” and work hard with BOTH parties. If you think Obama is the good guy here, you are uninformed about the politics of the White House and several other Agencies under his “command”. Read this please:
“Over the last few years the divergence between what the government promises and what it delivers, between what it says is happening or will happen and what actually is happening and does happen, between what it determines to be important and what the public wishes to be important—this gap has become abysmal, unavoidable, inescapable. We hear of “lone-wolf” terrorism, of “workplace violence,” that if you like your plan you can keep your plan. We are told that Benghazi was a spontaneous demonstration, that al Qaeda is on the run, that the border is secure as it has ever been, that Assad must go, that I didn’t draw a red line, the world drew a red line, that the IRS targeting of Tea Party groups involved not a smidgen of corruption, that the Islamic State is not Islamic. We see the government spend billions on websites that do not function, and the VA consign patients to death by waiting list and then cover it up. We are assured that Putin won’t invade; that the Islamic State is the jayvee team of terrorism; that Bowe Bergdahl served with honor and distinction; that there is a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia”.- Matthew Continetti
THIS is the Obama administration and his “disciples” that are controlling what you think is the truth. Yes – Stop Obama is what needs to be done.
